Yoga in Holland Park, London
Cathy’s Yoga class in the park offers a welcoming space for both beginners and experienced yogis to expand their practice. Through her instruction, you can strengthen your mind-body connection and find inner peace. When we practise yoga outside, our bodies often respond by taking deeper and more prolonged breaths in response to the environment around us. As a result, we feel calmer, more relaxed, and more connected to oneself, others, and nature.
The class takes place near the Kyoto Garden in Holland Park in a small green enclosure. Further details are provided upon booking.
