Join our yoga workshop to detoxify your body and clear your mind through dynamic asana practices, focusing on twists and forward bends.
Experience energizing pranayama techniques to eliminate toxins and boost your vitality, followed by deep relaxation and meditation for mental clarity.
Learn about liver health, gallstones, and how to safely perform a liver flush at home, with ongoing support and dietary guidance during your six-day cleanse.
In this workshop, you will engage in a gentle yet effective yoga practice aimed at enhancing digestive health through twists and forward bends. You will practice fast-paced pranayama techniques to detoxify and energise, followed by relaxation, slower pranayama, and meditation. The final hour will cover the benefits of a liver flush, along with guidance for safely performing it at home. If you choose to proceed with the liver flush, I will offer support with dietary tips during the six-day detox period.
Key yoga poses will include:
Twists: Such as Bharadvajasana (Bharadvaja’s Twist) and Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose) to massage the abdominal organs and improve circulation.
Forward Bends: Like Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) to calm the mind and enhance digestion.
Inversions: Such as Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose) to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote relaxation.
Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques like Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath) that enhance oxygen flow and energize the body.
Restorative Poses: Gentle poses like Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose) that promote relaxation and stress relief.
Incorporating these practices during a liver flush can maximize detox benefits and improve overall well-being. Always listen to your body.
