At Yoga Healing Therapy, I specialise in various styles of yoga. I have been practising pranayama since 1999 with the Art of Living and yoga since 2005. You can visit my relaxing yoga studio to attend Dynamic Hatha flow, Restorative yoga, Hatha yoga and more. I am also a well-qualified life coach.
