Rasa Yoga, created by Sianna Sherman, combines vinyasa flow, alignment, mantra chanting, myth, pranayama, tantra, mudras, and meditation for personal and collective growth.

Through Rasa Yoga, we honour the holistic tantric approach, viewing the body as a temple and fostering self-love and connection with others. We connect with the Source, allowing us to rediscover our authentic selves. Without this profound connection with our inner being, we may feel a sense of emptiness in our hearts, leading us to seek fulfilment through fleeting external pleasures.

The term “Rasa” in Sanskrit signifies the essence of human experience, including the emotions that shape our lives.
