Yogic breathing expands the lungs vertically as well as horizontally. It is used to maximize inhalation and exhalation. This practice will help to gain control of the breath, correct poor breathing habits and increase oxygen in the whole body. It may be practised at any time and it is specially useful in reducing high stress, anger and depression. The yogic breathing combines the abdominal, thoracic and clavicle breathing. While listening to the relaxation, become aware of the abdomen, chest and collar bone during the inhalation and reverse during the exhalation.
