Yoga instructor in London
ABOUT ME
Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless.
Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I traveled to India in 2009 and completed my 200 hours Hatha yoga with the Bihar school of yoga and during my travel I met my teacher Yogi Vishvketu, the founder of Akhanda yoga.
I decided to go back to India the following year to complete my 500 hours advanced teacher training with my teacher and have been teaching ever since.
I continue to be a lifelong student of yoga and I am deeply grateful to all my teachers I had the privilege to meet on my path.
I view yoga as a powerful healing tool that can be applied in all aspects of our life and contribute to the growth of the physical and spiritual Self, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the Universe.
My teaching is light, humorous and joyful. I emphasize on the importance of the breath and encourage my students to ease in their practice as well as to challenge themselves.
Recently I have trained as a life coach and love to combine yoga and coaching strategies during my workshops and retreats to help my students empower themselves and find their sense of purpose, dream and discover their own vision for life.
Yoga is release and freedom. I am here to help you find the release so that you competently move your body and gain better control of your mind.
My workshops and retreats are invigorating and nourishing.
